A three star hotel on the left bank of river Tisza in a green area of the town (Ujszeged). The hotel offers superior and classic rooms with bathroom, conference rooms, restaurant, Spa services, garden, drink-bar, pub and secure parking facilities.
 

All events (scientific sessions, lunches, conference dinner) will take place in Hotel Forrás which is 15 minutes walking from the centre of the city just across the river Tisza. 

Language 
The official language of the conference is English.

All participants are requested to register by filling in and submitting the on-line forms.
Please submit correct information for make the bill/invoice for payment: name, company/institute, full address and EU VAT ID number of company/institute (only for European Union countries)

Coach transfer
The organisers will provide coach transfer from the Budapest Ferihegy Airport to Szeged on 30 September, 2006 (Saturday) and back to Budapest on 5 and 6 October, 2006 (Thursday/Friday). In case you want to leave Szeged before the end of the conference (5 October, 2006 17.00 hrs), please mark it in your "Travel Plan Form". In case of sufficient number of participants, the Conference Office can provide coach transfer in these special cases, too. A meeting point will be available at the Airport in the main lobby of Ferihegy 2B terminal (Arrivals). Transport tickets cost EUR 25 / one way.

Passports and visas 
To enter Hungary it is nessesary a valid passport or other proof of indentity that is officially recognised as a valid travel document. Although visa requirements may vary from country to country, no visa is needed from almost all European Countries or from the United States, Canada and Japan. Please ask information from the Hungarian Embassy or High Commission in your country. Customs and visa information can be found on our website too. 

Insurance 
The fees (registration, accommodation, etc.) do not include any kind of insurance. Participants are responsible for their own insurance. Health, baggage or accident insurance is recommended and must be taken out in your own country.
